These terms are a public offer by the seller, Stepan Aleksandrovich Ermolov, a self-employed individual (INN 263098788137) registered under Russia's professional income tax regime (the "Seller"), to anyone who buys on this site (the "Buyer"). Paying for an order accepts these terms. If the Russian version and this translation differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. What you buy
Packages of digital design projects ("Projects"): START (1 Project), PRO (3), BUSINESS (5) and ULTIMATE (10). After paying, the Buyer picks the Projects from the catalog in their account. A Project is an archive with instructions for Claude Code, a video template, sound effects, transitions, fonts and color looks, as described on its page. Each Project comes with a license as set out in the license.
Projects need Claude Code (a product of Anthropic, PBC), Node.js and a computer able to render video. Access to Claude Code is not included in the price. MotionSkills is not affiliated with Anthropic.
2. Prices and payment
- Package prices are shown on the pricing page in Russian rubles. The price shown at checkout applies.
- Payment is 100% upfront by bank card, SBP or another method offered on the YooKassa payment page (YooMoney NBCO LLC).
- An order is paid once the payment provider confirms the payment. A receipt is sent to the email given at checkout.
- Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach the Seller.
3. Delivery
- Projects are delivered electronically: once payment is confirmed, the Buyer picks them in their account on this site (a link is also emailed to the checkout address), and picked Projects are available for download right away, no later than 24 hours after payment.
- Each license includes a limited number of downloads shown in the account; each download link is valid for a few minutes. If you run out, contact us.
- The Seller's obligation is fulfilled when a picked Project becomes available for download in the account.
4. Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: you get your money back if we can't deliver a working Project.
5. Liability
- The Seller is not responsible for third-party services (Claude Code, payment, email or hosting providers) or for results produced with them.
- Unless the law provides otherwise, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
- Neither party is liable for failures caused by force majeure.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
7. Disputes and changes
Write to lasterog@mail.ru first; we answer claims within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes go to court under the laws of the Russian Federation, observing consumer-protection jurisdiction rules. The Seller may update these terms; changes don't affect orders already paid.
