Refund policy

You get a full refund if
- the kit didn't become available in your account after payment, or
- the files are damaged or don't open, and we haven't fixed it within 3 business days of your message, or
- you cancel before the kit becomes available for download.
Kits are digital content delivered instantly, so a kit that was delivered and works as described isn't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
How to ask
Email lasterog@mail.ru with the date of payment, the email used at checkout and what went wrong. We review requests within 10 days and refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take longer to show it.
After a refund
The kit's license ends, its downloads are disabled in your account, and you agree to delete the files.
