Kit license

Buying a kit gives you a simple (non-exclusive), worldwide license for the term of the copyright. The same text ships in each kit as LICENSE.txt; if they differ, the version in the kit you bought applies.

You may

• use the kit to make your own videos, and modify or combine its parts for that purpose;
• publish, monetize and distribute videos made with the kit, including client work, ads and paid content;
• use the kit on any number of projects.

You may not

• resell, share, give away or publish the kit files themselves (templates, sound effects, transitions, fonts, LUTs, instructions), alone or as part of another template, preset pack or asset library;
• claim the kit as your own work for the purpose of selling it.

Assets in the kit

All audio, video, images and fonts included in a kit are original works by MotionSkills or are used under licenses that allow their commercial redistribution as part of the kit. Your footage remains yours.

Ending the license

The license ends if the purchase is refunded or if you break these terms; you must then delete the kit files. Videos you already published under the license may stay up. Questions: lasterog@mail.ru.
